The Pillars and Foundations

  • Renata, the invisible force: if every detail in the rooms is perfect and order reigns supreme, it is thanks to Mum Renata. She coordinates the staff and supplies with the care of someone running their own home, ensuring the standards of cleanliness that our guests love.
  • Sergio, the heart and soul of the place: a stay with us wouldn’t be the same without his smile. A true ambassador of Romagna’s warmth, Sergio is the real life of the party in the evenings and, at the same time, knows how to create perfect moments of relaxation: his mission is to make you feel part of the family from the very first moment.

The new generation: Hospitality and Dynamism

  • Luca (Administration and Sommelier): is the first face to welcome you at check-in. With a keen eye for management, Roberto transforms the meal into a ritual, overseeing the welcome in the dining room and guiding you in choosing the finest wines from our cellar.
  • Roberto (Coordination and Customer Care): oversees the service in the dining room to ensure every course is served with care and efficiency. His role is to listen: he is always ready to take note of your every need and turn it into an immediate solution.

In the evening, the heart of the hotel moves to the Bar, where you will always find Roberto and Luca ready to listen to your holiday stories or suggest a digestif, ensuring that the day ends with the same care with which it began.

Our mission is to offer an experience in which the classic décor of our two establishments — the Rosa Maria (sea-facing) and the Elite (the adjacent haven of tranquillity) — becomes the backdrop for unforgettable moments. Our commitment is aimed at a diverse clientele – families, couples, groups – who nevertheless appreciate:

  • the value of detail, from the perfect cappuccino served al fresco to the meticulous attention paid to the sanitisation of the premises;
  • the harmony of the spaces, thanks also to the covered passageway that links the dynamism of the main facilities with the timeless tranquillity of the billiard room and the panoramic terrace;
  • the pleasure of dining, with a cuisine that speaks the language of the world, starting with a homemade international breakfast and ending with dinners that celebrate Mediterranean flavours whilst overlooking the Adriatic.
