Do I have to bring my own beach towel or is there a dedicated service?
Of course, we have a beach towel service, we only ask for a deposit of 10 euros per towel. For each change the cost is € 1.00 per towel.

Do you have parking available?
The hotel has 2 fenced parking lots with code access 200 meters from the hotel with exclusive and free use for hotel guests.

Can I get to the hotel by car?
At the entrance to Viale Italia there is a Z.TL zone sign, but the customers who have to reach the hotel can access it without problems.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
The rooms are available from 12 noon, but it is possible to check-in online or upon arrival from 7.30. The rooms are at your disposal until 10.00

Is there a minibar in the rooms?
The minibar is an exclusive 4-star service. However, we give the possibility to have one at a cost of € 3.00 per day, but without refueling.

What are the swimming pool hours?
9.00 – 13.00  e 15.30 – 19.00

Are you close to the town center?
We are exactly 1 kilometer from Bellaria station and the journey to get there is a nice walk of shops along a sidewalk and areas closed to traffic.

What if I don't feel like walking?
No problem, we have a free hotel bicycle service, available at any time.

Do you have any suggestions for lunch?
Our kitchen offers a menu of dishes on request that can be eaten directly on the beach, on the terrace overlooking the sea or in the garden, just remember to book them by 11.30. If, on the other hand, you are in the mood for something else, you can order something from restaurants that offer delivery services. Feel free to ask at the reception for some contacts.
